Restrictions on Use of Materials
No materials from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, re-delivered using any technology, transmitted or distributed in any way without Infinite Ltd’s written permission; provided however, that users may download one copy of the materials on any single computer and print a copy of the materials for their own use in learning about, evaluating or acquiring Infinite Ltd’s training services or products.

The content of this website, including all text and graphic images, is copyrighted by Infinite Ltd and its affiliates. The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the site are registered or unregistered trademarks of Infinite Ltd, its affiliates or others. Nothing contained on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, or in any other way, any license or right to use any trademark or copyrightable material displayed without the written permission of Infinite Ltd or such other third parties that may own the trademark or copyrightable material. You may not, without written permission, use any such marks or the “Julian Hanford Photography” or “Infinite Ltd” names, including in any manner that disparages or discredits “Julian Hanford Photography” or “Infinite Ltd”.
Bookings
Booking a course, as well as placing an order with Infinite Ltd, constitutes an acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Infinite Ltd accepts course bookings on a first come, first-served basis. Full payment must be received to guarantee your space reservation. It is your sole responsibility to read the course details before booking to define your appropriate skill level. If in doubt about your level, you must call us for an assessment and Infinite Ltd will advise you accordingly. Infinite Ltd reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
Bookings can only be rescheduled with 14 days notice, and must be taken within three months, of the original booking.
Infinite Ltd reserve the right to re-schedule or cancel a course if the required number of places has not been filled.
To ensure our students get the most benefit from our courses, they should arrive promptly and attend each session in full.
Where the conduct of a student is deemed unacceptable (in our reasonable opinion), Infinite Ltd reserve the right to ask that student to leave the class and our studio premises. No refund of any fees will be made.
Infinite Ltd reserves the right to change the venue and make minor changes to the timing and content of any advertised courses and classes.
Liability
In the event a course is cancelled, for any reason, the extent of our liability is limited to the return of fees paid to us.
All students accept full responsibility for personal possessions, personal injury and personal losses during the period of the course. Applications and payments are an acknowledgment of the terms and conditions as outlined on this site.
Refunds/Cancellations
- All participants will be refunded IN FULL if Infinite Ltd cancels the course.
- If you decide to withdraw from the course, you must inform us at least 14 days before the day of the course. In this instance, Infinite Ltd will offer a full refund or the opportunity to re-schedule for another date.
- If you cancel with at least 7 days notice, you will be given the choice of a full refund only if Infinite Ltd manage to fill the place from the reserve list, otherwise Infinite Ltd will refund 50% of the total paid for the course.
- If you notify us less than 7 days in advance and Infinite Ltd can fill the place from the reserve list you will receive a full refund or a course credit. Otherwise, Infinite Ltd will not issue any refund.
- No refund of fees will be issued if you book your course within the 14 days minimum notice period and you decide to withdraw.
- No refund of fees will be issued for courses that have been rescheduled.
- No refund of fees will be issued for non-attendance or for withdrawal after the course starts.
- No refund of fees will be issued after completion of the course.
- No refund of fees will be issued for discounted courses.
- For students who are not resident in the UK, no refund of fee will be issued for bookings that are made before you have a valid UK Visa. (Please make sure you are allowed in the UK before making a booking.)
- Gift Vouchers are not refundable and must be used within 12 months of their issue date.
- Gift Vouchers can be extended with 14 days notice from the expiry date by phoning 07913 745530 or by emailing jules [at] julianhanford.com.
- If you are unable to attend the course you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing jules [at] julianhanford.com or telephone 07913 745530.
Changes to Website (Including Terms & Conditions)
Infinite Ltd reserve the right to alter or delete the material from the Sites at any time and may, at any time and in its sole discretion, revise the terms of this Agreement by updating this document.
Users are bound by any such revision and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current terms of this Agreement.
Feedback and Complaints
Our course is designed to provide an enjoyable and quality learning experience for our students. At the end of each course, we will provide a feedback form for you to fill out which will help us ensure we provide the very best service possible.
In the event of a complaint, please make your complaint in writing and send it to: Infinite Ltd, 36 Swanton Gardens, London SW19 6BN. We take any complaint seriously and will aim to investigate and respond as quickly as possible and in any event within 28 days.
